Admissions

We are a year round center. The center maintains a waiting list. Children must be on our waitlist to be considered for enrollment. To be placed on the waitlist, a form must be completed and payment of  $50 Non-refundable Fee. Tours are by appointment only.

New children begin our program in August of each year. We begin contacting parents mid to late February for openings for the new school year. We continue to place children until October of each year. Upon payment of the annual fees, a child packet will be given to complete and return to the center. A Welcome packet will be mailed out at the beginning of July.

Children must be on our waitlist to be considered for enrollment. Priority will be given to:

  • Families who already have a child in the Center, however the child’s name must be on the waiting list.

  • Faculty who wish to enroll their child.

  • Applications for full-time enrollment will be given priority when openings become available.

Monday - Friday

7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Pick-Up Policy:

We will only release your child to the following:

     Parent

     Authorized individuals that are listed in your pick-up form

     Emergency or occasional pick-up: We must be notified if someone is picking up your child that is not             listed on your form before we will release your child. 

Withdrawal Policy:

We require a two week notice of withdrawal in writing. If you fail to give notice or in the time frame required, you will be charged for two weeks of tuition.
