If you are interested in placing your child on our Enrollment Waitlist, please complete the form and submit the required $50 waitlist fee.

The waitlist form can be submitted via email, director.erenzicdc@gmail.com, or in person at E Renzi CDC, 760 Overton Brooks Rd. 

A $50 non-refundable fee(per family) is required with submission of the form. This fee can be paid via our website below or in person with cash or check. 

Once both the form and fee have been submitted, you will be added to our Enrollment Waitlist and we will contact you.
